CNC Press Brake is a high-precision equipment widely used in the field of sheet metal processing, which can achieve efficient and accurate bending of metal sheets. However, since its operation involves high pressure, high-speed moving parts and complex programming control, improper operation will not only affect the processing quality, but also may bring safety hazards. Therefore, it is very important to master the correct operation method.
Adequate preparation must be done before operation. The operator should be familiar with the structure, function and control system of the equipment and receive professional training. At the same time, check whether all parts of the equipment are normal, including hydraulic system, mold, electrical system, etc., to ensure that there are no abnormal phenomena. In addition, it is necessary to select appropriate molds and parameter settings according to the processing drawings to avoid deformation of the workpiece or damage to the equipment due to inappropriate molds or incorrect parameters.
The programming stage is the key link to ensure processing accuracy. The operator should accurately input relevant data according to the product drawings, including parameters such as bending angle, depth, speed, etc. Using professional programming software can improve efficiency and accuracy. For complex parts, it is recommended to perform simulation operation first, and then formally process after confirming that the program is correct.
In the actual operation process, it should be strictly carried out in accordance with the operating procedures. Before starting the equipment, make sure that there are no obstacles in the working area and all safety devices are enabled. Keep your attention focused during operation and do not leave your post without authorization. Special tools must be used when loading and unloading molds to prevent slipping and injuring people. At the same time, pay attention to the operating status of the equipment. If abnormal noise, vibration or temperature is found, the machine should be stopped and checked immediately.
To ensure personal safety, operators should wear protective equipment that meets the standards, such as safety glasses and anti-smashing shoes. When multiple people collaborate, the division of labor should be clear and unified command should be given to avoid misoperation. Non-operating personnel should not approach the working area of the equipment.
After completing the operation, the power should be turned off in time, the work surface and the surrounding environment should be cleaned, and daily maintenance of the equipment should be performed, including cleaning, lubrication and inspection of wearing parts, so as to extend the service life of the equipment and ensure the stability of the next use.
Correct operation of CNC bending machines requires not only a solid technical foundation, but also good professionalism and safety awareness. Only by combining standardized operation with safety management can the goal of efficient, accurate and safe sheet metal processing be truly achieved.
